Commenter of the Year - Tie, Roy Streit and Elizabeth Renant Both Roy and Elizabeth are straight shooters. They obviously comment what they believe, use their real names, and site facts and resources.

Most Noteworthy - Sheriff Greg Solano Sheriff Solano would have been chosen commenter of the year had he not already been an elected official. Instead, he is Most Noteworthy. Sheriff Solano participates with no hidden agenda and often is commenting for the public good. He responds to questions, provides facts, and is a true asset not only to the comment field but also to the general public. He is truthful and informative. The Voter's Friend wishes more elected officials would follow Sheriff Solano's lead and take the initiative to serve their constituents on open forums in cyberworld as well.

Most Friendly - Greg Donoho Everyone would be blessed to have such a friend as Greg Donoho. He comes from the heart, is clever and full of interesting life experiences. When Greg comments, the Voter's Friend listens.

Most Intellectual - Ed Campbell, Hands down, one very smart man. Ed Campbell produces Eideard and is part of Dvorak Uncensored as well as maintaining a blog on this website.

Activist Commenter - Tie, Gloria Mendoza and Stephen Fox Gloria often remembers the old Santa Fe of which many parts have been lost. Her comments are rich in truth and experience. Individuals who seek to know the real history of Santa Fe do well to read her honest and sincere comments. The Voter's Friend's heart is touched by Gloria Mendoza as she recalls the past. Stephan Fox ties for commenter activist of the year. Mr. Fox has truly helped the citizenry with his frequent notifications in regard to aspartame. He has led the community to greater awareness on behalf of a healthier lifestyle. The Voter's Friend appreciates his knowledge, concern, and his commitment as the Voter's Friend now lives a healthier life because of Fox's work. The Voter's Friend has also personally  passed along what he has learned in regard to the additive to his friends and family.

Most Admirable - Dave Nelson Dave Nelson is a truthsayer. He proves his points and exposes liars. Dave Nelson comments prove that he belongs in an elected office as he appears to be a true leader. When Dave Nelson is commenting in a thread, it is worthwhile returning to read the entirety of the conversation. The Voter's Friend would chose "Admiral" as a given moniker for Dave Nelson.

Most Intellectually Stimulating - Babe Rainbow Babe Rainbow almost always introduces interesting topics for conversation and viewpoints. Babe sites references and quotes and then makes relevant comments. Readers are enriched and educated due to such commentary.

Most Witty - John Coventry, aka Donaldo Coviello. This gentleman is also most brave, most observant, most sincere, most caring, most revealing and most what readers need more of! The Voter's Friend is most impressed with his intellect and talent. Coventry's blog can be found on this website.

Most Certain - Greg Miller. Odd title but Miller is certainly one whose words should be read in respect to links to be viewed and comments to be deciphered. Is Am your Bro, let's hope so!

Most Curious - Steve Van Dresser Van Dresser brings interesting insight from a worldly perspective. His commentary is thought provoking and thorough.

Most Analytical - Khalil Spencer Khalil is obviously a brain. His intellect is attractive and his words direct, sincere and often amicably pointed. The Voter's Friend wishes The New Mexican would get Mr. Spencer to write a blog. His commentary is always a positive asset to readers.
