Modesto Benavidez resigns position on solid waste authority board
Village of Pecos trustee Modesto Benavidez was replaced as mayor pro tem by Mayor Tony Roybal in March. This month he resigned his position as the village's representative on the board of the Sangre de Cristo Solid Waste Authority.
