Some resources and links on LES and uranium enrichment:

www.nefnm.com/ Louisiana Energy Services official web site. Contains links to various official records and letters of support.

Louisiana Energy Services and Uranium Enrichment This link comes from the Nuclear Information and Resource Service, based in Amsterdam. Provides a background and critique on LES and its ventures to date, and opinions on risk . Among the number of additional links at the bottom of the document:

  • The WISE Uranium Project This website contains massive documentation and information about the entire nuclear fuel cycle, the hazards of UF6 and links to government and other sources of information.
Other Links:

National Enrichment Facility Briefing Book A 3 page PDF from LES, summarizing their proposal for the Eunice plant.

Nuclear Regulatory Commission: Louisiana Energy Services Gas Centrifuge Facility The NRC's web page chronicling the LES proposal. A great central location to find, when available, the relevant and required documents that LES will have to submit. Currently it describes the process, what will be required, and links to pdfs of public meeting summaries. Reccommended.

http://www.royalsoc.ac.uk/policy/ The UK's national academy of science - aka The Royal Society - maintains an informative website. Its a framed site, but type in "uranium" in the search field at the bottom of the page, and you'll find a page with links to various research and position papers on nuclear issues. Thanks to Khal Spencer for this link.
