I believe that it is very important for candidates to get their messages out, I especially appreciate candidates who actually answer questions posed to them.

Earlier today, about 10 minutes ago, I sent www.richardsonforpresident.com the following e-mail:

Subject: Come Blog With Me!

Dear Governor Richardson and Staff,

My blog is located at www.freenewmexican.com/blog8159. I am sending this e-mail in preparation of an entry and would greatly appreciate your participation!

The blog entry will include this email and below it will be a comment space for you or one of your staff to answer the following questions:

What can be done in regard to Iraq?

What can be done in regard to healthcare for all U.S. citizens?

What can be done in regard to global warming  and the environment?

I look forward to your run for the Presidency and think that by answering these questions, in a blog format, your message to potential voters can and will be heard!

Thank you, in advance, for your participation!

Sincerely,

Eric Scott"

In all fairness to Governor Richardson and his Staff, I should submit that a good amount of time should be expected to pass before they respond to this blog entry. My honest hope is that they use this opportunity to enrich their campaign and to inform voters. Perhaps I have put them on the spot although that was not my intention. Let us see how and if they respond. I believe they will respond and prove that they are conscious of the power of voters who use and enjoy the internet as an information source.

If you would like to visit Bill Richardson's website, it is located at www.richardsonforpresident.com . It is filled with many informative pages - my personal favorite on this site is interactive and  located here.
